1. When the Rune interpretations appear on the right side of the window, the actual interpretation extends over the "cloud window" into the starry background, and I can't read the full interpretations. Why does this happen?

• This happens when your system is set to use "Large Fonts". The solution to this is to change your system settings to "Small Fonts".

  (Win 95, 98)
  
  Right Click on the Desktop
  Choose Properties
  Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the dialog box
  Click the Advanced Button
  Choose "Small Fonts" in the dialog box and Click OK.
  
  (Win XP)
  
  Right Click on the Desktop
  Choose Properties
  Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the dialog box
  Click the Advanced Button
  Choose "Normal Size (96DPI), Click OK.

2. I'm receiving an error stating "Runtime error 76, Path not found"

• Please download Runes, the Ancient Oracle again directly from http://jpsworld.com/runes_trial_setup.exe. This problem has been resolved with the updated version of Runes, the Ancient Oracle.

3. When you cast Runes by hand for a spread with multiple runes, the Runestones are supposed to be drawn from a pouch and placed in their positions within the spread in a certain order. Is this true for Runes, the Ancient Oracle?

• The runestones are actually cast in the correct order that you would pick them and place them by hand within their particular spread positions.

4. Does Runes, the Ancient Oracle really work just like actual Rune Stones?

• Yes, Runes, the Ancient Oracle truly works just like real Rune Stones!

  We believe that the medium that you use (Rune Stones, or P.C. Software, etc...) can be anything you like. What's important to remember is that the medium is only the tool used for something that comes from your inner-self.
